Another season changes, winter unwillingly withers away and spring breathes life anew. With all things considered, times have never been better than right now. Truly a blessing, indeed.
With an explosion of new technology, we learn and live to experience new things in our lives every day at a much faster pace than we have ever considered possible as a species. Information is consumed in mind bending heaps at dizzying speeds.
Whether or not we are able to maintain relevancy in this modern age, depends on our ability to embrace change and move forward.
In that spirit, we are proud to launch the new BrianZickafoose.com brand and logo, a spanking new web site and a crazy awesome new product shop chocked with new goodies for the grabbing. I’ve literally poured myself and my resources into this project over the last few months and we are glad to finally have it go live.
Feel free to browse around and check out the new site layout, and if you can please stop in my shop and help support us as we continually strive to offer new products and collectibles in the very near future. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me at: email@example.com
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and check us out. Much love and light – BZ

For Immediate Release:
Fayetteville, WV – Visionary artist, Brian C. Zickafoose snagged an American Advertising Award for excellence in illustration at the recent American Awards Freakshow Gala, hosted on February 28, 2014 by the AAF-West Virginia at the Embassy Suites in Charleston, WV.
The award winning vector illustration titled, “Infinite Appetite”, was featured on the cover of Super Seed Magazine’s Issue #8, which circulated at major music festivals in the summer of 2013, such as, Summer Camp, Wakarusa, Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, and All Good Music Festival.
“It’s always exciting to see the life that one’s artwork takes once it goes out into the world and it’s even sweeter to relish when the fruits of that work puts an award on the shelf”, says Zickafoose. “We are thankful for all of our advertisers and sponsors, who gave us the opportunity to see the vision through to completion and made it possible to put [the publication] out there.”
“Infinite Appetite” is one of several vector illustrations created by Zickafoose specifically for the cover of Super Seed hinging around a Chinese New Year theme, the first being the Fire & Ice Dragon in 2012.
The American Advertising Awards is hosted annually by the American Ad-Fed (AAF) and is a three tier competition. Local winers advance to the regional district competition, with only the creme of the entries rising to national competition.
Previous Awards brought home by artist, Brian C. Zickafoose include:
4th Annual Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival

We’ve included a few select photo frames from the Fayetteville Arts Coalition’s Holiday Art Exhibit on December 7, 2013 at the former FAC Gallery in Fayetteville, WV. Guests and artists abound, we were popping tags and passing out cream pies (literally lol) until the rooster crowed or it was time for the kids to go to bed, whatevs.
A stellar evening was had by all thanks to the hard work put in by the FAC staff and the artists. We’re looking forward to working more closely with FAC and other artists in Southern West Virginia in the future.

Gruss vom Krampus Funk from your friends at BrianZickafoose.com.
Have you been naughty or nice this year? I’m pretty sure Krampus is going to get a few of you.

This time of year the whole world over, folks gather round with friends and loved ones to reflect on the highlights of year that has passed and the abundance of blessings it has brought. It is a time to be thankful for all the wonderful fruits that the universe has provided for us and to remember those who have been less fortunate.
The essence of the season is more than just the giving of physical gifts, it is the sharing of love, helping others and coming together as a community.
One doesn’t always have to buy things to get in the spirit of giving. Sometimes free stuff is the best. Pass along a smile. Hug someone. Buy a stranger a cup of coffee. Random acts of kindness are really contagious.
Regardless of what religious tradition or spiritual path you may follow, we sincerely hope each every one of you have an amazing, and safe, holiday season.
